Cool Off and Chill Out: 4 Yummy Spiked Lemonade Recipes

Untitled design (123)

Being a yoga teacher has got to be one of the most chill jobs on the planet, right? Or how about a massage therapist? Listening to that laidback music and those fountain noises all day could never get stressful! Or an acupuncturist? To keep your clients stress-free, you must be, like, the king/queen of relaxation.

Of course, we know it’s not really like that: just because you work in the holistic healing and wellness communities, that doesn’t mean you don’t feel the stress of day-to-day life. And sometimes, meditation can feel a bit too much like work.

So this weekend, create a free HealingRadiusPro account to help manage the business side of your healing career! And after you’ve done that, grab some friends, mix up one of these spiked lemonades (each recipe makes 10 servings), and chillax!

Limeade

Ingredients:

  • 4 c water
  • 3 c vodka
  • 1 c lime juice
  • ⅔ c sugar
  • 4 sprigs of mint, chopped

Mango Pineapple Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 4 c water
  • 3 c vodka
  • 1 c lemon juice
  • 1 c mango nectar
  • ½ c pineapple juice
  • ⅔ c sugar

Raspberry Peach Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 4 c water
  • 3 c vodka
  • 1 c lemon juice
  • ⅓ c raspberry puree, strained
  • ⅓ c peach puree, strained
  • ⅔ c sugar

Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 4 c water
  • 3 c vodka
  • 1 c lemon juice
  • 1 c strawberry puree
  • ⅔ c sugar
  • 7 basil leaves, chopped

Mix it Up:

Once you’ve gotten all the ingredients together for your choice of lemonade, mix them all in a pitcher until the sugar dissolves. Warming your water should help dissolve the sugar more easily. Once mixed, chill your drink in the fridge for about 3 hours and serve over ice with fruit of your choice to garnish!
